We have Bronze level (month to Day of Coordination)

 

  • Prepare the detailed schedule timeline for wedding and reception.
  • Confirm the continued availability and readiness of the venue.
  • Arrive at the venue prior to the first vendor and oversee the set-up of both the ceremony and wedding reception.
  • Ensure and oversee the arrival and setup of selected vendors prior to and throughout the event.
  • Ensure and oversee the cleanup and departure of selected vendors.
  • Make sure that all your important wedding materials and memories get back to you and so much more.

SILVER LEVEL (PARTIAL PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT)

 

As with Partial Planning you must already have a secure venue, caterer, entertainment/DJ, and photographer.

  • We will meet with you to discuss the venue and vendor arrangements you may want and review those arrangements for completeness you have made them.
  • Assist with contracts and services provided by the vendors if they have not already been secured.
  • We will contact all vendors and provide a schedule of load-in and load out as well as a detail sheet.
  • These will be provided to the venue and vendors.
  • Schedule a tabletop walk through of the wedding event rehearsals and the wedding events themselves about two weeks prior to their dates.
  • Send invitations and maintain the RSVP list for guests.
  • We will be a point of contact for guests. -Arrive on site prior to the first vendor and oversee the set-up of both the ceremony and wedding reception.
  • We will be onsite to oversee the breakdown from all vendors.
  • Assist you with developing a Timeline schedule for your event.
  • This schedule will be provided to the venue and vendors for your event two weeks prior to its date.
  • After the event we will secure any items that were provided by the couple and ensure their return.
  • Appropriate security for gifts can be arranged if required. -Partial Package will include a lead and an assistant.

GOLD LEVEL (COMPLETE WEDDING PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT)

 

  • Unlimited planning meetings include all vendor meetings.
  • We will help you make sure necessary wedding licensing and licensing are in place.
  • Coordinate with venue representatives and vendors as required to manage the event.
  • Assign a venue that meets needs, desires and budget.
  • Provide a list of vendors and can work with others not listed.
  • Secure vendor appointments with couples for final selection as well as attend.
  • Provide basic assistance to selected vendors at the event or rehearsal venues.
  • Work with the vendors and venue to provide a room diagram of wedding reception.
  • Provide professional opinion on selection of wedding attire.
  • Assist with menu selection and we will query guests about any special dietary requirements they may have. -Printed menus prepared if required.
  • Assist with invitation design, printing, preparation, and delivery.
  • Manage your guest list-guest additions, deletions, and RSVPs.
  • Develop and maintain seating arrangements at each venue. Family requirements and guest special accommodations will be seen too.
  • Assist with securing and filling hotel room blocks.
  • Two weeks prior to the wedding, we will confirm all the final details with the vendors to include the schedule of delivery, set-up and breakdown.
  • Whichever service level you choose we will be from beginning to end on the day of your events make your special day as smooth and stress free as possible.
  • Full Event Planning Package will include a lead and an assistant.
